摘要： The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer composites, and specifically to a flexible multi-level phase change material and a preparation method therefor. The present invention provides a flexible phase change material. The phase change material consists of the following components in parts by weight: 20-90 parts of a phase change function material, 5-75 parts of a cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer, 5-75 parts of thermoplastic resin, and 0-5 parts of a compatibilizer. Because the flexible phase change material obtained in the present invention has a cross-linked network structure, and the phase transition temperature thereof is multi-level, the flexible phase change material has high energy storage density; moreover, the method for the flexible phase change material can achieve large-scale industrial production.

摘要： This invention discloses a semiconductor package with adhesive material pre-printed on the lead frame and chip, and the manufacturing method. The adhesive material is applied onto the chip carrier and the pin of the lead frame and also on the front electrode of the semiconductor chip via pre-printing. The back of the semiconductor chip is adhered on the chip carrier, and the front electrode of the semiconductor chip and the pin are connected respectively with a metal connector. The size, shape and thickness of the adhesive material are applied according to different application requirements according to size and shapes of the contact zone of the semiconductor chip and the metal connector. Particularly, the adhesive zones are formed by pre-printing the adhesive material thus significantly enhance the quality and performance of semiconductor products, and improves the productivity.

The method for detecting fault includes calculating fault component currents, calculating an operate current and a restraint current of all terminals, and adjusting an operate level by adapting an operate-restraint characteristic according to a fault component. The method has very small operating area for external faults, which makes the method very reliable even for the case with serious CT saturation. A very big operating area for internal faults makes the method very sensitive for internal faults even for a heavy load and high resistance fault.

摘要： A method and apparatus for performing non-voice emergency services (NOVES) between a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and a public safety answering point (PSAP) is disclosed. A NOVES session may be initiated by sending a NOVES initiation request message that includes information relating to the NOVES capabilities of the WTRU, and information relating to an emergency situation. The information relating to the NOVES capabilities of the WTRU may include an indication of whether the WTRU supports a fake power-off mode, or whether the WTRU supports PSAP control. Other methods are disclosed that include a method for a PSAP combining a multiple NOVES sessions, and a method for handing over a NOVES session having multiple media streams.
