    • PURPOSE: To effect prevention of postering by applying to various implements a silicone rubber-contg. coating capable of forming coating film of specific hardness after drying to result in more resistant to adhesive bonding.
      CONSTITUTION: A silicone rubber is used as part of coating agent so as to enable coating film to be formed which gives a hardness ranging from 10 to 90 determined using a JIS-A type rubber hardness tester. This agent is applied to an implement to be used followed by drying to form the objective film.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve irrational states wherein fear of wind pressure by a train on a main line passing at very high speed is eliminated, an inconvenience of a connection by a slow train is eliminated, a person can quickly reach a destination without staying a refuge line by the staying time, only a small gap of trains and platforms is required since all the trains enter the platforms at slow speed, safety when the person gets on/off the train is rapidly improved, and a far more trains passing at very high speed than trains on/off which persons should get on platforms of small and middle stations adjacent to the existing main line.
      SOLUTION: This "side lines" exclusive for getting on/off when stopping the trains are provided at all the stations along the line. In the present condition, the refuge lines similar to the side lines exist, but the installation is sparse, and the slow trains stop at many stations on the main line that fast/express trains are going to pass. As for an inconvenience of frequent speed adjustments, the fast/express trains therefore are allowed to always maintain their original speed by "giving the side line systems at all the stations".
