      SOLUTION: This washable conveyor belt capable of being cleanly washed by washing water by exposing a hinge region of a modular conveyor and being driven by the sprocket is provided by providing a configuration for changing an abutting part abutting on an inner face of the endless belt in an outer peripheral side part and changing a position where it is abutted on the inner face of the belt per rotation of the sprocket.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conveyed object from slipping along a ribbed conveying surface of a belt conveyor even on a decline or in wet environment.
      SOLUTION: A modular conveyor belt is composed of a plurality of modules having a plurality of upstanding ribs, each in the form of textured upper ridge structure atop an elongated rib base. Consecutive ribs are spaced apart laterally on the top surface of the modules. Long slots between laterally consecutive ribs admit the fingers of transfer plates for smooth transfer and discharge of articles along the belt. The textured rib structure includes rows of teeth, truncated pyramids or cones, corrugated structure, and sinuous beads atop which articles are supported with little slipping in wet conditions.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor having zero back line pressure by eliminating collisions of carried products by a zone accumulator.
      SOLUTION: This conveyor is provided with a belt 10 located at the outside and a belt 12 arranged at the inside of the belt 10. A plurality of rollers 16 are rotatably provided on the belt 10 located at the outside. Peripheral side surfaces of the rollers 16 are projected from both surfaces of outside surface and inside surface of the belt 10 arranged at the outside. The peripheral side surfaces of the rollers 16 projecting to the outside surface is in contact with a lower side of the carried product. The outside surface of the inside belt 12 is constituted to be in contact with the peripheral side surfaces of the rollers 16 projecting from the inside surface of the outside belt 10. By relative movements of both of the inside and outside belts 10 and 12, the rollers 16 in contact with the inside belt 12 are rotated. Driving advancing directions of the belts 10 and 12 are the same direction or relatively different directions. By the relatively advancing speeds of the two inside and outside belts 10 and 12, rotating direction and rotational speed of the rollers 16 are determined.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen which is easily cleaned and is effective to filter impurities in a wide flow path because external cleaning of a fixed plate type screen is inefficient and assembly, support and drive of a vertical movement screen is expensive.
      SOLUTION: The horizontal movement water screen filters the impurities of a wide flow. The water screen is embodied by a porous modularized plastic belt and formed into an endless loop and is rotatably driven around a shaft in a generally vertical direction and is led between idle sprockets. An upper stream surface of the water screen is arranged to cross the flow and moves in a horizontal direction to cross the flow and carries the impurities to a cleaning and reproducing area. Hold down tabs arranged at intervals in a horizontal direction extend outside an inner surface of the loop and are hooked and supported along a horizontal guide. The guide is coupled with a support frame of the water screen to avoid sag of the screen.
