摘要： A portable hub, partly or wholly assembled, unassembled or disassembled, possibly a kit of parts, comprising a plurality of handheld remote control devices and a stand, and including fastening means for directly or indirectly fastening the devices firmly in position relative to one another, possibly releasable and may fasten the devices firmly in place on the stand, which may have a plurality of faces facing in different directions, each provided with a said fastening means for a respective said device. The stand may comprise powered, luminous means to facilitate placing said devices on said stand, outlining each said face, and charging means for said devices. The stand has side grip means and may have rubber or other buffers or cushioning material at the edges, an upright cylindrical member comprising said faces, possibly supported by a base member, and a battery compartment connected to power power-consuming means of the stand, and means to hold said devices captive to the stand when said fastening means are released. The portable hub may comprise a plurality of handheld remote control devices, and means to fasten the devices firmly and releasably together to form the hub, possibly with the addition of a base. A remote control device comprises fastening means adapting it for releasable fastening firmly in position in any such hub, preferably comprising complementary first and second fastening elements adapted to fasten the device to one or more other such devices back-to-back, or side-by-side in a ring.
