The fiber-reinforced synthetic resin pipe has a glass fiber-reinforced resin layer and an organic non-woven fabric layer as the fiber-reinforced resin layer. In this case, the glass fiber-reinforced resin layer is formed by using a glass fiber and a synthetic resin with which the glass fiber is impregnated. The organic nonwoven fabric layer is formed by using an organic nonwoven fabric made of an organic material, and a synthetic resin with which the organic nonwoven fabric is impregnated. Then, the organic nonwoven fabric layer is provided on the innermost peripheral side layer of the fiber-reinforced synthetic resin pipe.
