      SOLUTION: On the upper part emission device having laminar arrangement applied on a base plate, especially an organic light emitting diode, the laminar arrangement includes a bottom part electrode laid on the base plate, an upper part electrode emitting light therefrom, and also lamination of an organic layer laid between the bottom part electrode and the upper part electrode.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved light emitting element having high efficiency, and having a sufficient service life even when used as illumination.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element comprises: an electrode 1; a counter electrode 2; and a light-emitting organic region 4. Triplet energy of the fluorescent light emitting body is greater than an energy level in a triplet energy state of the phosphorescence light-emitting body. The light-emitting organic region 4 emits at least 5% of light generated in the light-emitting organic region 4 as a fluorescent visible spectrum from the fluorescent light emitting body of the light-emitting layer EM1 in a singlet state.
