摘要： Embodiments in accordance with the present invention encompass compositions comprising a long shelf stabilized organopalladium compound of formula (I) as described herein. The composition further contains a photoacid generator, a photosensitizer and one or more olefinic monomers as described herein. The shelflife of the compositions can further be extended by employing a stabilizer, such as for example, a hindered amine. The composition undergoes vinyl addition polymerization when it is exposed to a suitable actinic radiation to form a substantially transparent film or a three dimensional object. More specifically, the compositions of this invention are stable at room temperature for several days to several months and can also be stored at higher temperatures from about 40 °C to 60° C for several days and undergo mass polymerization only when subjected to suitable actinic radiation. The monomers employed therein have a range of optical and mechanical properties, and thus these compositions can be tailored to form films and/or three dimensional objects having various opto-electronic properties. Accordingly, compositions of this invention are useful in various applications, including as coatings, encapsulants, fillers, leveling agents, sealants, adhesives, among others.

摘要： Disclosed herein are various amine treated maleic anhydride containing polymers and compositions thereof, which are useful for forming self-imageable films. In some embodiments, such polymers encompass norbornene-type repeating units and maleic anhydride-type repeating units where at least some of such maleic anhydride-type repeating units are either ring-opened or have been transformed into maleimide repeat units. The films formed from such copolymer compositions provide self imageable, low-k, thermally stable layers for use in microelectronic and optoelectronic devices.

摘要： An endoscopic kit for ligation which is capable of safely, surely and continuously performing ligation. The kit comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder having at least two bamboo-shoot steps at an outer periphery of a tip end thereof, and a sliding cylinder between the inner and outer cylinders. The compositions of this invention may additionally contain one or more organic or inorganic filler materials, which provide improved thermo-mechanical properties in addition to very low dielectric properties. The compositions are stable at room temperature and undergo mass polymerization only when subjected to suitable higher temperatures generally above 100 °C. The compositions of this invention are useful in various applications, including as insulating materials in millimeter wave radar antennas, among others.

Such methods encompass charging a reaction vessel with an appropriate diene and an appropriate dienophile and causing such to react to form and recover a desired alicyclic diepoxide precursor where such precursor is subsequently epoxidized. Such compounds encompass alicyclic diepoxides having purities of at least 95 percent or at least 98 percent with respect non-isomeric residues and are essentially free of any isomeric alicyclic diepoxide residues.
