The shoe body (18) comprises a holder plate (16) fixed to the tip end of the securing pin (15) and a friction pad (17) of an elastic material, in which the holder plate (16) is embedded and which makes contact with the rim (5). The shoe body (18) has a mass of 28.0 grams or more, and the holder plate (16) is greater in mass than the friction pad (17). A mass ratio of the shoe body (18) to the securing pin (15) is equal to or more than 10.
