摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a high speed three-dimensional scan radar sensor system give a range map in an operation environment where it is disturbed by dust, fog and rain. SOLUTION: The sensor system 20 radiates a sensor beam formed by high frequency energy pulses of a short duration time. The direction of the sensor beam is controlled by using a scan mechanism provided with a high speed revolution reflector. It includes a timing system 24 for determining elapsing time between a radiation signal and reception signal. The time difference indicates the distance to the target which reflected energy. The signal returned from an antenna is controlled and transmitted to a constant fraction discriminator(CFD) for surely detecting the time when the reflection signal is received. A high accuracy timer starts at a certain time for energy release and stops at a time the CFD detected a trigger. This timing system 24 produces an analog voltage which is proportional to the down range distance to the target.

A stereoregular poly(3-substituted thiophene) of formula III is obtained by adding 0.2-1.0 mol % Ni(II) catalyst to the intermediate to start its polymerization and stirring the polymerization system under reflux. In the formulas, R is a substituent nonreactive with the organomagnesium reagent or a substituent which is originally reactive with the reagent but has been made nonreactive by protection; X and X' are each halogen; and R' is alkyl, vinyl or phenyl.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly extract plane characteristics from three-dimensional image data by connecting distance data obtained from multiple scanning lines in a face in which the scanning lines are spread without a connection between the scanning lines. SOLUTION: Constituting elements in a computer system such as a scanner 12, processor 14, storage unit 18, and input/output interface 20 are connected through a bus 16. Then, adjacent points detected by the scanner 12 among each scanning line are connected so that a line segment can be formed for obtaining a line segment merged into the best adaptive face. When the line segment obtained as the result of merger has an error within a first face threshold value, the line segments in each scanning line are merged. This process is continued until the merger of all the line segments into the other line segments is ended without any excessive threshold value. The formation of a face is finished, and then when any connection face error within a second face threshold value is obtained, a pair of faces are merged.
