    • The present invention relates to a coupling apparatus for precision explosive tubes in which the precision explosive tubes to be used in blasting work are coupled to the front and back of the coupling apparatus. The coupling apparatus is characterized in that it comprises: a plurality of cylindrical main bodies arranged such that any one of the bodies can be spaced apart from or can move closer to one other body; a partition wall arranged in any one of the bodies so as to partition an internal space of any one of the bodies; and an extensible support unit which is arranged among the plurality of main bodies so as to interconnect the main bodies such that the extensible support unit forms a cylinder together with the bodies when any one of the bodies is spaced apart from one other body and the extensible support unit extends radially when any one of the bodies gets closer to one other body. Thus, the coupling apparatus for the precision explosive tubes according to the present invention enables the precision explosive tubes to be easily positioned at the true center of a blasting hole, thereby increasing the efficiency of a blasting explosion.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a superhydrophobic film sheet, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a superhydrophobic film sheet by generating a structure having projections for providing a superhydrophobic effect such as that of a real lotus leaf by controlling the number of times, and the amount of time, a photoresist is baked and providing a superhydrophobic surface by coating a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with a transparent material having hydrophobic qualities. The method comprises the steps of: (a) cleaning a surface of a silicon wafer; (b) coating the top of the silicon wafer with a photoresist (AZ4620) using a spin coater, and soft-baking the silicon wafer in an oven; (c) exposing a structure manufactured in step (b) using a mask aligner; (d) developing using a photoresist developing solution(AZ400K); (e) performing PDMS molding on a top of a structure manufactured in step (d); and (f) removing the photoresist (AZ4620) using acetone, thereby completing a superhydrophobic film sheet having projections on an end thereof.

    • A dye-sensitized solar cell containing glass powder and a method of manufacturing the same. The dye-sensitized solar cell is composed of a counter electrode obtained by forming a conductive light-transmitting layer on a light-transmitting material and then depositing a platinum catalyst layer on the conductive light-transmitting layer, a photoelectrode obtained by forming a conductive light-transmitting layer on a light-transmitting material, applying a mixture of transition metal oxide and glass powder on the conductive light -transmitting layer and then adsorbing a dye in the mixture, and an electrolyte solution between the counter electrode and the photoelectrode, the mixture layer of the photoelectrode containing 0.01-20 wt% of glass powder based on the total weight of the mixture. The glass powder mixed in the preparation of the photoelectrode can improve dispersion properties of light and can enhance use efficiency of light, thereby increasing the energy conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell.
