摘要： A holster blank and holster for a handgun formed from a unitary molded body portion having two side holster portions joined to opposite edges of an elongate narrow spine intermediate portion by parallel living hinges. The side holster portions have outer edges brought together by pivoting the side holster portions towards each other via the living hinges so as to form the holster. The body portion includes interfacing elongate male and female locking portions which engage and lock the outer edges together. A method of producing the holster includes molding the body portion and pivoting the sides via the living hinges 90 degrees and providing a lock to interconnect the side portions adjacent the trigger guard of a handgun.

摘要： Magazine block device for firearm dry fire practice which allows a user to practice proper firearm handling skills without expending ammunition, including recocking and actuating the firearm slide without pressing the slide lock release. In an aspect, a magazine block device is provided having a bullet-shaped body, two upper ridges forming a longitudinal channel through which the firearm breach face loading tab may pass without dislodging the magazine block device, and an offset lower ridge. The lower ridge is configured to evenly force a magazine follower down a sufficient distance to prevent actuation of the firearm slide lock. This allows dry fire practice of pulling the slide. Several other features include ridges to assist a user to remove and load the block device in and out of a magazine, as well as a pocket to mechanically remove same.

摘要： A spear assembly for fishing underwater and inside undersea structures includes an elongated hollow shaft filled with rigid plastic foam material to inhibit entry of water and to rigidify the shaft and has a rear portion and a forward portion, which may include a metallic rod to add weight and strength to the punch delivered by the spear, and a rear portion rigidly connected to the forward portion, a repleacable sharp spear tip for piercing the fish is located at a proximal end of the forward portion, an elastic band for propelling the shaft when the band is released is carried on a movable mechanical means to enable a diver to quickly adjust the tension power of the band by moving it close to the spear tip while keeping the shooting hand indexed in the same release position near the forward portion of the spear. The proximity of the elastic band and the spear tip enables the diver to maneuver the forward portion inside and around undersea structures to spear the nearby fish. An alternative embodiment of the present invention includes a pair of tension bands carried on respective slidable lock means. The bands are located diametrically opposite from each other on both sides of the shaft to provide equalized forces on the shaft, which assist in forcing the spear to be propelled in the appropriate longitudinal axis of the shaft.

One lobe is spring biased to extend inwardly of channel when empty and pushed outwardly of channel when such guard is seated in channel; and the other lobe is retracted into its cavity when empty so trigger guard may pass between opposed lobes and extend inwardly of such guard when seated in channel. Forward handgun dislodgment is prevented and a vertical draw is needed when such pins are generally horizontal to overcome frictional handgun-holster contact to remove handgun above partially closed lower front. Restraining members, being caged within cavities, provide enhanced strength from handgun removal in the forward direction. When pivot pins are generally vertical, handgun must be slightly rotated forward so guard bottom passes pins and then withdrawn.
