The tube container having the one-touch cap according to the present invention is advantageous in that the sealing member (230) attached to the outlet hole (220) of the tube neck (200) is broken by the press rod (313) when the cap-fixing band (400) is removed and the cap (300) rotates, thus enabling the contents to be easily discharged from the tube container without having to open/close the cap (300).
