摘要： A recombination apparatus is provided to an off-gas system of a boiling water nuclear plant. An off-gas system pipe connected to a condenser is connected to the recombination apparatus. A catalyst layer filled with a catalyst for recombining hydrogen and oxygen is disposed in the recombination apparatus. The recombination catalyst has a percentage of the number of Pt particles whose diameters are in a range from more than 1 nm to not more than 3 nm to the numbers of Pt particles whose diameters are in a range from more than 0 nm to not more than 20 nm, falling within a range from 20 to 100%. The condenser discharges gas containing an organosilicon compound (ex. D5), hydrogen, and oxygen, which is introduced to the recombination apparatus. Use of the above recombination catalyst can improve the performance of recombining hydrogen and oxygen more than conventional catalysts and the initial performance of the catalyst can be maintained for a longer period of time.

A transverse stiffness of the second section is set to be larger than a transverse stiffness of the first section, and a center of gravity is positioned in the middle section.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for predicting and calculating an amount of harmful oxide such as NOx contained in an exhaust gas from a reference concentration of harmful oxide, which is previously determined by a type of fuel supplied to a fluidized bed combustor, an amount of change of an air ratio and an amount of change of a gas residence time to the conditions of a specific air ratio and gas residence time in the combustor, and injecting a treatment agent such as NH.sub.3 in an amount optimum to the predicted amount into an exhaust gas. With this arrangement, an amount of harmful oxide in the exhaust gas can be securely lowered to a target value.

摘要： In a rotary anode X-ray tube, a disc portion is fitted into a rotary anode with a first gap therebetween and a fixed shaft is fitted into a rotary shaft to support the anode with a second gap therebetween. The disc portion and the fixed shaft are formed integral with each other to have a hollow portion therein. A cooling liquid is allowed to flow through the hollow portion. A liquid metal is filled in the first and second gaps. Dynamic pressure type bearings is formed in the second gap. A passage is formed to directly communicate the first gap to the second gap, whereby the liquid metal being directly supplied from the second gap to the first gap. Thus, the liquid metal can be fed rapidly and surely into the gap between the anode target and a cooling vessel.
