摘要： PURPOSE: Hydrocarbon fuel is, immediately before it is combusted, allowed to pass through a magnetic field or electromagnetic waves so that the magnetic properties of the fuel is made in the resonance and absorption state to alter its energy level whereby the fuel is made highly reactive in an excited state and control chain reactions, resulting in complete combustion.
CONSTITUTION: A gaseous or liquid hydrocarbon fuel containing alkanes, cycolalkanes or aromatics is allowed to pass through a magnetic field or electromagnetic waves, immediately before it is combusted. Thus, the molecules constituting alkanes, cycloalkanes and aromatics in the fuel are made in resonance or absorption state to alter their energy levels and the combustion is effected, as chain reactions are controlled in high reactivity and excited states.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a novel polysaccharide derivative used for a separating agent for optical isomers. The novel polysaccharide derivative contains a structure in which a hydrogen atom of a hydroxyl group or an amino group at the 2-position in a structural unit of the polysaccharide is substituted with a monovalent group represented by the following general formula (1), and a hydrogen atom of a hydroxyl group or an amino group at the 3-position in the structural unit is substituted with a monovalent group represented by the following general formula (2): R1—NH—CO— (1) R2—NH—CO— (2) where R1 and R2 represent substituted or unsubstituted aryl groups which are different from each other.

摘要： A fuel injector has a swirl generator located downstream from a valve seat. A fuel injection hole is connected to a downstream side of the swirl generator. The swirl generator includes a swirl chamber having an involute or a spiral shape and the fuel injection hole bored at a bottom or the swirl chamber and a swirl generation use passage connected to the upstream side of the swirl chamber for introducing fuel into the swirl chamber. The bottom of the swirl chamber is provided with a step height so as to make a level difference in which the bottom of the swirl chamber is lower than a bottom of the swirl generation use passage, and the step height is formed at a position where fuel flowing into the swirl chamber from the swirl generation use passage meets fuel turning in the swirl chamber.

摘要： There is provided a process for producing beads for enantiomeric isomer resolution with a satisfactory separation efficiency. The beads for enantiomeric isomer resolution include a polysaccharide derivative, in which the polysaccharide derivative has a structure crosslinked at the 6-position hydroxy group of constituent units of the polysaccharide with a crosslinking agent. The process for producing the beads for enantiomeric isomer resolution includes: the step of adding dropwise an organic solvent solution of the polysaccharide derivative to a coagulation bath being stirred to thereby produce beads; the step of taking out the beads and then optionally drying the same after washing; and the step of reacting the beads with a crosslinking agent in an organic solvent to react at least part of the 6-position hydroxy groups in the constituent units of the polysaccharide with the crosslinking agent, thereby obtaining a reaction mixture containing beads having a crosslinked structure.
