    • PURPOSE: A polarization structure, a method for manufacturing the polarization structure and an organic light emitting display device comprising the polarization structure are provided to suppress a side color shift problem by forming a thin thickness, by comprising a phase retardation layer to be coated and a uni-axial optical compensation layer to be coated, and to improve a contrast ratio by suppressing external light reflection. CONSTITUTION: A polarization structure(100) includes a phase retardation layer(120), a first polarization layer(140), a first uni-axial optical compensation layer(150), a second polarization layer(170) and a second uni-axial optical compensation layer(160). The phase retardation layer gives phase retardation to polarized components of incident light which are orthogonal. The first polarization layer is arranged on the phase retardation layer. The first uni-axial optical compensation layer is arranged on the first polarization layer. The second polarization layer is arranged on the first uni-axial optical compensation layer. The second uni-axial optical compensation layer is arranged between the first polarization layer and the first uni-axial optical compensation layer or between the first uni-axial optical compensation layer and the second polarization layer.
