    • PURPOSE: A neutral-earth diagnostic type condition lamp monitoring system and a monitoring method using thereof are provided to use one lamp to express the various status of a plurality of equipment or a measurement object in complex, thereby enabling a direct and fast recognition of a user. CONSTITUTION: A neutral-earth diagnostic type condition lamp monitoring system(100) is comprised of a detection object which has a neutral conductor and an earth; a detection unit(40) which detects a plurality of detection element of the neutral conductor and the earth of the detection object, and writing down the status information; a control unit(20) which determines a detection element level of each detection element and a status level of the detection object by comparing the status information from the detection unit and the stored status determination information; and a lamp unit(10) which receives a driving control signal depending on the status level determination of the control unit, and indicating the status of the detection object by varying more than one among a flashing color, a blink, and a brightness control. The status information comprises the voltage of the neutral conductor, the current of the neutral conductor, the temperature of the neutral conductor, the outdoor air temperature where the neutral conductor is installed, and an electric potential(NV) of the earth. The control unit calculates the electric potential difference between the earth and the neutral conductor for determining the status level. The status level is comprised of a plurality of step, and each of the steps is comprised of a plurality of detailed level. The control level differentiates the blink times for the level or the detailed level of the status level, and controls the lamp unit to turn on or off the light. If the light is turned on or off depending on the blink times which are allocated for each level or the detailed level, the control unit performs a self-checking which reconfirms the status level of the detection object.
