    • PURPOSE: A dual pipe for a heat exchange is provided to improve thermal conductivity of a refrigerant by using a structure of the dual pipe, thereby improving the efficiency and the performance of a vehicle air conditioning system. CONSTITUTION: A dual pipe for a heat exchange comprises an inner pipe(100), an outer pipe(200), and a connector(300). The connector is joined to the inner and outer pipes. The connector includes an outer pipe connection unit, a coupling groove, a stopper, and a through-hole. An end portion of the outer pipe is received inside the outer pipe connection unit. The coupling groove is coupled to a supplying pipe of fluid supplying to a fluid passage formed in between the inner and outer pipes. The stopper is formed in the inner circumference of the outer pipe connection unit. The inner circumference of the through-hole is in contact with the outer circumference of the inner pipe. The connector includes a horizontal surface, a first vertical unit, and a second unit. The through-hole is formed on the horizontal surface. One end portion of the horizontal surface faces a second vertical surface where the coupling groove is arranged, and the other end portion of the horizontal surface is in contact with the first vertical unit.

    • PURPOSE: A double pipe heat exchanger with a multi-directional connector and a cooling device for a vehicle with the same are provided to improve heat exchange efficiency between fluids flowing in an inner pipe and the gap between the inner pipe and an outer pipe. CONSTITUTION: A double pipe heat exchanger with a multi-directional connector comprises an outer pipe(100), an inner pipe, a first fluid supply pipe(400), and a connector. Multiple protrusions are formed on the inner surface of the outer pipe. The inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe. The first fluid supply pipe is welded to one end of the inner pipe. The connector has a space for receiving the outer and inner pipes and the first fluid supply pipe therein. The connector comprises first and second blocks(310,320). The first block has first and second openings and a first connection path. The first connection path has a space where the inner pipe and the first fluid supply pipe are welded. The second block is formed on the top of the first block and has three or more side surfaces having different directions.
