    • The present disclosure provides a method and system for predicting bioavailability of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil. The method includes: obtaining an infrared absorption peak profile corresponding to soil to be measured; calculating an absorbance ratio at each wavelength, where the absorbance ratio is a ratio of the absorbance at a corresponding wavelength in the infrared absorption peak profile to the sum of absorbances at all wavelengths within a preset wavelength range; and inputting the absorbance ratio to a bioavailability prediction model to obtain the bioavailability of PAHs in the soil to be measured, where the bioavailability prediction model is a function constructed based on a chemical oxidation method and infrared spectroscopy to represent a relationship between bioavailability of PAHs and absorbance ratio. According to the present disclosure, the cost of measuring the bioavailability of PAHs in soil can be reduced, and the bioavailability of PAHs can be predicted rapidly. -1/4 Obtain an infrared absorption peak profile corresponding to soil to be measured Calculate an absorbance ratio at each wavelength, where the absorbance ratio is a ratio of the absorbance at a corresponding wavelength in the infrared absorption peak profile to the sum of absorbances at all wavelengths within a preset wavelength range Input the absorbance ratio to a bioavailability prediction model to obtain the bioavailability of PAHs in the soil to be measured, where the bioavailability prediction model is a function constructed based on a chemical oxidation method and infrared spectroscopy to represent a relationship between bioavailability of PAHs and absorbance ratio 05 y=-6.0609x+1.996 R2 =0915, p , 0.25 > 0.15 co 0.100 0.120 0.140 0160 0.180 0,200 0.220 Absorbance ratio
