摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method to shorten the time required for forming a cut to the minimum.SOLUTION: There is provided the method for forming a curved cut (9), by using a laser beam (3) focused in a transparent material (5), especially in a cornea, so as to form an optical perforation (8) in the substance (5). The cut (9) is formed by displacing a focal point (7) three-dimensionally and laying the optical perforation (8). The focal point (7) is displaced in a first spatial direction (z) by a displaceable lens (6). The focal point (7) is guided to the remaining two spatial directions (x, y), so as to follow the contour (17) of the cut (9). The spatial directions (x, y) are perpendicular to the first spatial direction (z).

At least one optical element (11) of the input optical system (6) is movable relative to the deflecting mechanism (7) to adjust the position of the focal point of the radiation flux (3) in the direction of the radiation flux.
