The fuel system has a first source configured to pressurize fuel to a first pressure, and a second source configured to pressurize fuel to a second pressure. The fuel system also has a fuel injector configured to receive and inject fuel into the engine, and a single valve disposed between the fuel injector and the first and second sources. The single valve is in fluid communication with the first and second sources and the fuel injector, and able to deliver variable pressure fuel to the fuel injector.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an injection control pattern effectively by making the working fluid entrance of a working fluid control valve movable to opening/ closing position by using a first solenoid and making a needle control chamber movable to on/off position to a high pressure fluid source and low pressure passage by using a second solenoid. SOLUTION: Seats 172, 173 are opened/closed by a ball 136 by the magnetization of a first solenoid 131 and a seat 170 is opened by moving an intensifier spool valve member 140 downward and an oil is streamed to a working fluid cavity 109 and an intensifier piston 150 is moved downward. At the discouraging time of a second solenoid 130, an oil pressure holds a ball 133 to a prescribed position and an oil flows to a needle control chamber 118 and a needle valve member 160 is held in a closed state. The ball 133 is pushed and the seat 174 is opened and a working fluid control passage 119 is opened for a low pressure drain passage 137 and the pressure for closing the needle valve member is released and a nozzle exit is opened by the magnetization of the second solenoid 130.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise of an engine by attaching a lubrication system having a low pressure pump to an engine housing having an oil pan collecting and storing a predetermined amount of oil and attaching a hydraulic system having a high pressure pump of which at least a part is immersed in a predetermined amount of oil. SOLUTION: Lubricating oil 13 in an oil pan 12 constituting a part of an engine casing 11 in an engine 10 is supplied to many lubricating passages 25 for lubricating a slide part of the engine 10 from a circulation pipe passage 24 due to the operation of a low pressure pump 20 driven by the engine of a lubricating oil system and is fed back into the oil pan 12 through a return pipe passage 26 after that. A hydraulic system using the lubricating oil 13 as hydraulic fluid is arranged in parallel with this lubrication system to operate various hydraulic devices 44. This hydraulic system supplies lubricating oil to each hydraulic device 44 through a high pressure circuit 40 due to the operation of a high pressure pump 30 driven by the engine and arranged in the oil pan 12.

摘要： A high pressure pump system (14) for use with a hydraulic engine system (10), such as a fuel injection system (10) or a compression release brake system, provides variable delivery of pressurized fluid using sleeve metering principles. The relative position of metering sleeves (56) with respect to pumping pistons (32) is controlled electro-hydraulically by a control circuit (60, 160). The control circuit (60, 160) receives pressurized fluid from the pump delivery gallery (50) or another high pressure area (50, 52) and, using a pressure reducer (64, 164), reduces the operating pressure within the control circuit (60, 160) to a substantially constant pressure lower than the pump output pressure. Lower operating pressure within the control circuit (60, 160) improves the manufacturability of the control circuit components and helps to achieve better control of the pump output.
