In cleaning, a driving roller (54) of the filter moving mechanism (50) makes contact with the air filter (16) for transmitting a torque for moving the air filter (16) to the air filter (16). The air filter (16) is configured to be circulated between the driving roller (54) and an end roller (56). The air filter (16) is folded back at the end roller (56), while the end roller (56) is rotatably attached to a guide frame (53). A protruded portion (563) of the end roller (56) is configured to press the air filter (16) with a large force, whereas a non-protruded portion (564) of the end roller (56) is configured not to make contact with the air filter.

An indoor heat exchanger (10) comprises lower fins (30) and upper fins (40). The upper fins (40) are inclined at an angle, formed by the longitudinal direction in relation to the vertical direction, so that the angle in the direction of the airflow (F) is equal to or greater than the angle of the lower fins (30), and the upper fins are disposed adjacent to the top ends of the lower fins (30). The upper fins (40) have curved portions (R) that are curved in proximity to the portions bordering the top ends of the lower fins (30) on the downstream side in the airflow direction F.

Upon detection of a leak of the flammable refrigerant by the detection sensor (6), the control unit (5) starts up the fan (4) on condition that the fan (4) is at a stop, starts up the warning device (7), disregards a stop command for the fan (4) by the operation device (11), and permits a stop command for the warning device (7) by the operation device (11). As a result, a user is enabled to arbitrarily stop a warning started based on occurrence of a refrigerant leak.

The first through hole (15) allows the rotation output shaft (14) to reach the inside of the airflow path (7) therethrough. A blocking structure is formed in a periphery of the first through hole (15). The blocking structure includes a first engagement part (21). The blocking structure blocks communication between the airflow path (7) and the interior of the driving unit (6).

摘要： When refrigerant gas leaks in an indoor unit, the leaked refrigerant gas locally accumulates in sections of the indoor space. This air conditioner comprises an indoor unit having an outlet, and an outdoor unit connected to the indoor unit, wherein a flammable refrigerant or a slightly flammable refrigerant is used. The air conditioner includes a refrigerant gas detection sensor disposed in the indoor unit. When refrigerant gas is detected by the refrigerant gas detection sensor, a control is performed such that air is blown from the outlet at a minimum air speed or higher, said minimum air speed being preset in accordance with the rated cooling capacity of the air conditioner.
