摘要： A tool box includes a cover pivotably connected to a base, at least one torsion spring is located between the cover and the base to maintain the cover at opened status when in use. A magnetic member is connected to an inside of the cover so that the user can position the spare bits by the magnetic member. A plurality of storage racks are pivotably connected to the base so as to receive bits and tools, the storage racks are cooperated with torsion springs so that when the cover is opened, the storage racks are pivoted an angle.
