摘要： The arrangement preheats the boiler feed water and primary air. There is a rotating heat transmission plant (3) that can be subjected to exhaust gas leaving the boiler on one hand and to preheated combustion air on the other hand. In a parallel circuit there is a heat displacement plant (5) that can be subjected to primary air on the one hand and to cooled exhaust gas coming from heat transmission plant on the other hand. The exhaust pipeline (2) supplying the latter and the exhaust pipeline (4) from it to the heat displacement plant are connected by a bypass (11) for the heat transmission plant. In the bypass are heat exchanger (12) fed by boiler feed water and steam generator. In the pipeline between a heat exchanger (6) of the heat displacement plant subjected to the exhaust gas and another heat exchanger (8) of the same plant subjected to primary air is a three-way valve (16). This valve is connected through a branch pipe (19) to the pipeline (17) between the two last-mentioned heat exchangers and is controlled by the temperature of the heat-carrying medium in that pipe. The heat displacement plant is not made of corrosion-resistant material.

摘要： As you know, smoke can be desulfurized by the air-washer. In order to gain the required temperature for purifying air at the inlet of the flue, the heat of the rough air is used. The heat is converted into the pure air by a heat conversion system. As long as the temperature is higher than the dew point of sulfuric acid, the material such as steel may be used. But if the temperature is lower than the dew point of sulfuric acid, the difficulties will appear and the special measures should be taken. The invention provides a modern gradient heat conversion system. In the system, first the heat exchangers made of steel are connected each other by the heat carrier in a range of the higher temperature. Then other heat exchangers that are made from corrosion proof plasitcs or adhesion resisting plastics are used in the second heat conversion system.

摘要： In a wet type or wet/dry type cooling tower, water discharged from water distributing means after its passage cooling air heat exchanger is intercepted by an array of parallel water guiding plates. Each guiding plate has a sloping upper part which covers the gap between opposite plates and an upright lower part defining a substantially horizontal transition region with the upper part. A plurality of inclined channel like embossments is formed in the upright lower part. The embossments extend one above the other between a lateral edge of the upright lower part and the transition region. At least one water collecting channel extends in transverse direction along the lateral edges of the upright lower part to collect water discharged from the inclined embossments and transfer the collected water to a recirculation device. This arrangement provides a passage for the upward stream of cooling air which is not unduly restricted by the water collecting channels and the pressure loss of cooling air stream is minimized.

摘要： It is known to arrange denitration units at the cold end of a flue gas desulphurisation plant. In this case, the flue gas leaving the flue gas desulphurisation plant at approximately 50 DEG C must be heated to approximately 300 DEG C before entry into the denitration unit. This takes place in a combustion chamber. After leaving the combustion chamber, ammonia is added to the heated flue gas in a uniform distribution. In addition, the flue gas, upstream of the combustion chamber, can also be passed over a heat wheel, which takes up the heat from the hot flue gas stream downstream of the denitration unit and gives it off to the flue gas. The invention, in contrast, provides in each case a separate heat exchanger 2, 7 in the flue gas stream 1, 4, 6, 13 and downstream of the denitration unit 5, which heat exchangers are equipped with pipes which are incorporated into a thermal oil circulation 8. The pipes can be furnished with a peripheral-side catalyst layer composed of sintered-on metal oxides. An oil heater 10 is arranged in the circulation 8, which heater brings the thermal oil to a temperature which ensures that the ammonia-enriched flue gas 4 enters into the denitration unit 5 at the necessary high temperature. The ammonia is injected in the region of the heat exchanger 2.

The catalyst is integrated in the gas duct for the carrier gas immediately downstream of the heating part of the last exchanger stage.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for the denitrification and desulfurization of hot waste gases, particularly from furnaces. A crude gas flow is initially conducted through a denitrification plant and through the endothermic part of a heat-utilizing plant. Subsequently, the flow is conducted into a desulfurization plant. The purified gas flow discharged from the desulfurization plant is conducted through the exothermic part of the heat-utilizing plant and is subsequently transferred to ambient. By means of a cooling trap, a portion of the heat contained in the crude gas flow before the contact with the heat-utilizing plant is removed while precipitating sulfuric acid in the form of vapor, and this heat is then added to the purified gas flow before the contact thereof with the heat-utilizing plant. Another cooling trap connected to an external cooling unit may be arranged in the crude gas flow between the cooling trap arranged in the crude gas flow in front of the heat-utilizing plant and the endothermic part of the heat-utilizing plant.
