The elongated grip includes a lower section, an upper section and a cap forming a butt section at the upper area of the grip, the lower section of the elongated grip including a shaft opening at a lower end thereof, the lower section of the elongated grip structured to accommodate the hands of a golfer, the upper section of the elongated grip having a leading edge located in a direction toward and closest to an intended target with the putter head in a normal position prior to executing a normal putting stroke.

摘要： A putter type golf club head having a frontal ball striking face that engages and grips a golf ball during the execution of a putting stroke to direct the golf ball in a straight line toward the intended target. The face includes a plurality of ball striking land areas and a plurality of adjacent and complimentary recessed channels that form an opening toward and on either side of the midpoint of the hitting area of the face. The ball contact areas are smaller than the adjacent recessed channels at the midpoint of the hitting area of the face. Gripping edges at the interface of the land areas and the recessed channels redirect the golf ball toward the intended target when the ball is miss hit away from the midpoint of the face.

The structure and design of the club head also locates the center of gravity on a lower and more rearward location of the club head. The club head also includes a bounce area on the bottom sole behind the ball striking face that prevents the leading edge of the club head from digging into the ground when a golf ball lying on the ground is struck during a golf shot.

摘要： A simulator enabling a golfer to practice his putting skills and at the same time become more aware of the optimum motion of his shoulders and arms during a putting effort. This simulator comprises an elongate guide plane of flexible material having a mid portion as well as end portions, and also having an active edge, along which a lower portion of the shaft of a putter may pass during efforts by the golfer to putt a golf ball into a nearby cup. Components are used for supporting the guide plane in a desired relationship to a playing surface, such components being heightwise adjustable, so as to enable the individual heights of the mid and end portions of the guide plane above the playing surface to be independently adjusted, which at the same time determines the positioning of the active edge with respect to the playing surface. Used with this simulator is an eye alignment mirror containing indicia thereon enabling the lineup of the active edge of the guide plane in a parallel relationship to the target line to the cup.
