摘要： The present disclosure provides a water-based acrylic emulsion having high barrier and high water resistance, comprising 10 wt%-50 wt% of an acrylate mixture, 1 wt%-10 wt% of a film-forming agent, 0.5 wt%-2 wt% of a wetting agent, 1 wt%-3 wt% of a composite emulsifier, 0.2 wt%-0.5 wt% of a defoamer, 0.1 wt%-0.3 wt% of a preservative, 0.1 wt%-0.3 wt% of an initiator, 0.1 wt%-0.2 wt% of a pH regulator, and 35 wt%-87 wt% of soft water. The water-based acrylic emulsion of the present disclosure has a good barrier property against formaldehyde, and thus can reduce the amount of the released formaldehyde, at the same time, the emulsion has excellent water resistance, and thus can be widely used as coatings for exterior walls and as coatings for wooden furniture; the emulsion itself is a pure water-based material, which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and without a pungent odor, and the coating is transparent with high gloss.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a water-based low-temperature heat transfer printing adhesive, prepared from raw materials comprising the following components: 20-30 parts by weight of an ethylene acrylic acid resin, 3-10 parts by weight of an alkaline neutralizing agent, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of a leveling agent, 1-5 parts by weight of a wax emulsion, 1-3 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 0.01-0.05 part by weight of a defoamer, and 65-80 parts by weight of water, wherein the plasticizer is one or more selected from glycerin, dioctyl adipate and dioctyl sebacate. Compared with the prior art, the water-based low-temperature heat transfer printing adhesive provided by the present disclosure is prepared from specific contents of components and achieves a better overall interaction, and the product has better levelling property, water resistance, scratch resistance, and excellent completeness of the transfer printing image-text at low temperature, and it is a pure water-based material, eco-friendly, and pollution-free. The experimental results have shown that the water-based low-temperature heat transfer printing adhesive has good levelling property, the formed coating does not whiten and swell after being washed in water at a temperature of 45 C-60 C for 1 h; the appearance remains intact after being scratched; it can be stretched for 2-2.6 times without breaking; the transfer printing image-text at low temperature of 110 C-125 C is intact, and it shows a good printing performance.
