    • PURPOSE:To clean effectively and efficiently a work based on synergistic effect of bringing it into contact with a liq. convecting caused by boiling and remaining heat of the boiling liq. by boiling the liq. and cleaning the work by utilizing convection caused by boiling. CONSTITUTION:When a work is cleaned, at first, the work is put in a cavity for placing the work in the first gate valve 10 and it is transferred to a cleaning tank 3. In the cleaning tank 3 wherein the work is placed, the work is cleaned therein by convection caused by boiling generated in a liq. under boiling condition made in advance by means of an electric heater 1. After this cleaning is finished, the cleaned work is transferred into a cavity for placing the work in the second gate valve 11 and the work is transferred in a rinse tank 4. In the rinse tank 4 wherein the work is placed, the work is rinsed by convection caused by boiling generated in a liq. under boiling condition made in advance by means of the electric heater 1. After this cleaning is finished, the rinsed work is transferred into a cavity for placing the work in the third gate valve 12 and the rinsed work is transferred to a finishing part 9.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the decrease of air use quantity and energy consumption by sucking the fixed quantity of powder into a cylinder from a powder supply part by the retreat of a piston, and delivering the powder in the cylinder into a transport pipe by the advance of the piston so as to gradually advance the powder in the transport pipe. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 5 retreats, a hopper 1 and a cylinder 4 are communicated with each other by the openings 9, 10 of a ball valve 6, and a transport pipe 3 is closed so as to suck powder 2 into the cylinder 4 from the hopper 1. When the piston 5 reaches the retreat limit, the ball valve 6 is rotated to communicate the cylinder 4 and the transport pipe 3 with each other by the openings 9, 11 of the ball valve 6 and to close the hopper 1, and the piston 5 advances to deliver the powder 2 in the cylinder 4 into the fixed quantity transport pipe 3. With the repetition of this process, the powder 2 advances gradually in the transport pipe 3. Air use quantity and power consumption are thereby reduced, and the separation and material destruction of the powder are not generated.

    • PURPOSE:To save power and energy and to evade the rupture of an effective component such as vitamins by drying a slurry such as condensed milk supplied on a conveyor utilizing a heater by a solar water heater. CONSTITUTION:Hot water is sent from a solar water heater 6 to a hot-water heater 5 provided on the lower surface of a belt conveyor 1 at its region 4 on which a slurry is traveled, and condensed milk 9 is thinly spread over the operated conveyor 1 from a feeder 2. The liq. in the milk 9 traveled by the conveyor 1 at about 1m/sec is vaporized by the heater 5, and only the powdery solid is left after the heater 5, scraped off by a scraper 11, dropped into a product receiver 3 and accumulated. Consequently, the power cost is reduced as compared with the conventional process utilizing an electric heater, and the effective material such as vitamins is never ruptured by the high temp.
