    • The present invention relates to a touch panel. The touch panel of the present invention comprises a plastic base film and an adhesive layer attached to the base film. The touch panel of the present invention is advantageous in that the ingress of oxygen, water, or other foreign substances into the interface between the base film and the adhesive layer is prevented, and the deterioration of the optical properties caused by air bubbles generated by the outgassing phenomenon of the base film is prevented. In addition, the touch panel of the present invention is advantageous in that the variation in the resistance of a conductor thin film is effectively suppressed even when the conductor thin film and the adhesive layer are directly attached to one another and the resultant structure is exposed to severe conditions such as high-temperature conditions or high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. Accordingly, the touch panel of the present invention can operate in a stable manner over a long period of time.
