By providing notification of a warning regarding leakage of the refrigerant not only to the notification unit disposed on the indoor unit but also to the external terminal device in this manner, the attentiveness of a user who is not near the indoor unit to the notification is improved, making it easier for the user to notice the notification and to be aware that leakage of the refrigerant has occurred.

    • In einem Klimagerät sind eine Inneneinheit und eine Außeneinheit über eine Kältemittelleitung, durch die Kältemittel fließt, miteinander verbunden. Das Klimagerät weist auf: eine Kältemittel-Erfassungseinheit, die ein Austreten von Kältemittel in der Inneneinheit erfasst; eine Benachrichtigungseinheit, die eine Benachrichtigung ausgibt, die das Auftreten des Austretens von Kältemittel angibt; eine Steuerung, die wenigstens die Benachrichtigungseinheit steuert; und eine Fernbedienungseinheit, die dazu ausgebildet ist, die Inneneinheit zu bedienen. Wenn die Kältemittel-Detektionseinheit das Austreten von Kältemittel detektiert, steuert die Steuerung die Benachrichtigungseinheit, um die Benachrichtigung, die das Auftreten des Austretens von Kältemittel angibt, auf eine erste Weise vorzunehmen, und um die Benachrichtigung auf eine zweite Weise vorzunehmen, die sich von der ersten Weise unterscheidet, nachdem eine vorbestimmte Zeitspanne ab dem Zeitpunkt verstrichen ist, zu dem die Benachrichtigung auf die erste Weise vorgenommen worden ist. Da die Benachrichtigung über das Austreten von Kältemittel in zwei Schritten erfolgt, d. h. in einem ersten Schritt auf die erste Weise und in einem zweiten Schritt auf die zweite Weise, ist es möglich, einen Benutzer dazu zu veranlassen, den Benachrichtigungen mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken, und somit den Benutzer dazu zu veranlassen, die Benachrichtigung leicht zu bemerken. Es ist daher möglich, dem Benutzer ausreichend Kenntnis von dem Austreten von Kältemittel zu verschaffen.

    • This air conditioner is provided with: a housing; a gas sensor that is disposed in the housing and outputs a sensor output in accordance with the concentration of a refrigerant; a control device that compares the sensor output of the gas sensor with a first threshold value that is a threshold value for determining the presence or absence of refrigerant leakage so as to detect the refrigerant leakage; and an output device that issues a warning. The control device causes the output device to issue a warning in a case where a state, in which the sensor output of the gas sensor is not less than a second threshold value, which is set as a voltage lower than a limit voltage and which indicates that sensitivity of the gas sensor is zero due to siloxane poisoning, and is less than the first threshold value higher than the second threshold value, is continued for a predetermined setting period.
