    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter-integrated electric compressor which can effectively cool high heat-generating electrical components provided on a control circuit board, using an inexpensive and simple structure, and can achieve downsizing and weight reduction.SOLUTION: A control circuit board 25 constituting an inverter 21 serves as a thermally-conductive substrate. One surface of the control circuit board 25 is placed heat-transferably to a heat-dissipating planar part 31 provided on a housing 2, and electrical components 39 to generate heat are provided heat-transferably on the other surface of the control circuit board 25. The control circuit board 25 includes a substrate body 41 comprising an insulator, and heat-conducting through members 42 comprising a good thermal conductor filled through in a thickness direction of the substrate body 41. One end surface of the heat-conducting through each of the members 42 is placed heat-transferably to the heat-dissipating planar part 31, and the electrical components 39 are placed heat-transferably on the other end surface.
