摘要： Implantable devices for placement at a cavity or opening such as an aneurysm are disclosed. The implantable devices, in a deployed condition, have a generally inverted U-shaped profile with a curved or angled framework support structure sized and configured for placement in proximity to tissue surrounding the opening and anchoring legs extending proximally from the framework structure sized and configured to contact the wall of a neighboring lumen at opposed locations. Occlusive and semi-occlusive membranes may be associated with the framework support structure and deployed over the opening to provide exclusion of the opening and flow diversion. Proximal anchoring segments providing additional lumen wall surface area contact for the implantable device following deployment may be incorporated.

Selected embodiments of the present technology have closures that at least partially occlude the neck of an aneurysm to stabilize embolic or coagulative treatment of the aneurysm. In one embodiment, for example, an aneurysm closure device comprises a closure structure and a supplemental stabilizer. The closure structure can have a curved portion configured to extend along a first vessel, such as a side branch of a bifurcated vessel that extends along a lateral axis. The supplemental stabilizer extends from the closure structure along a longitudinal axis transverse to the lateral axis of the first vessel. The supplemental stabilizer is configured to exert an outward force against a second vessel, such as a parent vessel, that extends transversely to the first vessel.

摘要： The present technology relates to aneurysm devices with additional anchoring mechanisms, and associated systems and methods. The aneurysm device is endovascularly deliverable to a site proximate an aneurysm near a parent artery with bifurcating branches. The device can include a closure structure comprising a distal-facing aspect configured to at least partially occlude the aneurysm. The closure structure can be formed from a generally flat pattern and is transformable between a compressed configuration and a deployed configuration. The device can also have one or more lodging elements which fold to form loop elements configured for anchoring within at least one of the bifurcating branches. The struts of the lodging elements can include hinge points which bias the folding of the lodging elements. The devices further include a supplemental stabilizer connected to the closure structure and configured to reside in the parent artery.
