摘要： Abstract Disclosed is an air supply structure for a fruit dryer, including: a first housing and a second housing, the second housing is provided on the first housing of which the bottom is provided with a first air inlet, and an air outlet is provided on the top of the second housing; a plurality of baking trays sequentially stacked between the first housing and the second housing; two way fans, each of which is provided in the middle of one of the baking trays, the two-way fan includes a radial impeller and a centrifugal impeller, and the centrifugal impeller is connected to the outside of the radial impeller. The air supply structure for the fruit dryer in the embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with a two-way fan in the middle of the baking tray, when the hot air is conveyed vertically upward from the bottom, the two-way fan on each layer can send out the hot air horizontally, thereby ensuring that each layer of the baking tray has sufficient air volume and heat energy. It avoids the reduction of thermal efficiency due to the obstruction of food in the traditional way, which causes excessive consumption and waste of electric energy.
