摘要： The present invention relates to a first process for producing a 2,2-bis(fluoromethyl)-6-(perfluoroalkyl)-2H-1-benzopyran-4-carboxylic acid. The first process includes the steps of (a) reacting a 2,2-bis(fluoromethyl)-6-(perfluoroalkyl)-2H-1-benzopyran-4-one with a perfluoroalkanesulfonic acid anhydride in the presence of a base, thereby obtaining a perfluoroalkanesulfonic 2,2-bis(fluoromethyl)-6-(perfluoroalkyl)-2H- 1-benzopyran-4-yl ester; and (b) reacting the benzopyranyl ester with carbon monoxide in the presence of a palladium complex compound and a base, thereby obtaining the carboxylic acid. The present invention further relates to a second process for producing a 2-hydroxy-5-(perfluoroalkyl) acetophenone, which can be a raw material for producing the carboxylic acid. The second process includes the steps of (c) reacting a 4-(perfluoroalkyl)alkoxybenzene with acetic anhydride or an acyl halide in the presence of a Lewis acid, thereby obtaining a 2-alkoxy-5-(perfluoroalkyl)acetophenone; and (d) dealkylating the 2-alkoxy-5-(perfluoroalkyl) acetophenone by a dealkylating agent.

摘要： A benzyl vinyl ether represented by the following formula is hydrolyzed in the presence of a catalyst selected among Arrhenius acids and Lewis acids to obtain 3,3,3-trifluoropropionaldehyde. Subsequently, the 3,3,3-trifluoropropionaldehyde is oxidized with an oxidizing agent. Thus, 3,3,3-trifluoropropionic acid can be more advantageously produced than in conventional techniques from an inexpensive starting material.

摘要： The invention provides N-aryloxyacyl-N-phenyltetrahydrophthalamic acid derivatives represented by the general formula [I], a method of producing the same, and a herbicide containing the same as the effective components, ##STR1## wherein X and Y each individually represent hydrogen atoms or halogen atoms, Ar represents a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group or naphthyl group, R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, a lower alkenyloxy group, a lower alkynyloxy group, a lower alkoxyalkoxy group or a lower alkoxycarbonylalkoxy group, R.sup.2 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R.sup.3 represents a hydroxyl, a lower alkoxy group, a lower alkenyloxy group, a lower alkynyloxy group, a lower alkoxyalkoxy group, a benzyloxy group or a lower alkoxycarbonylalkoxy group, and m is an integer ranging from 0 to 5. 摘要： A method for forming a protective film of a fluorine-containing polymer composition excellent in smoothness and adhesiveness on a photoresist. Moreover, there is provided a means for removing the protective film without impairing the underlying photoresist. A polymer coating composition obtainable by dissolving a fluorine-containing polymer compound in a solvent comprising a fluorinated acetal having a specific structure is applied on a photoresist and dried to form a protective film. A fluorinated acetal having the specific structure is suitable as a solvent for being brought into contact with a fluorine-containing polymer film, peeling the film, and forming a photoresist or a lithographic pattern.
