    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape and use thereof. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape for the exchange of flying rollers has a left side boundary edge (l) and a right boundary edge (r), and contains at least one main supporting material and a first layer of a self-adhesive on an upper face (O) of the main supporting material. In the adhesive tape, a lower face (U) of the main supporting material carries a releasing system (TS) suitable for performing adhesive bonding, which can be released again while leaving no adhesive residue in the area of the released bonding on both of the lower face of the main supporting material (H) and a base material, to the base material. The releasing system (TS) is constructed in the form of a strip, which is divided in several parts and consists of a plurality of segments (S) arranged along the longitudinal direction (x-direction) of the adhesive tape. Each of the segments (S) has a range smaller than the adhesive tape (K) itself in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape (K). The releasing system (TS) is suitable for performing a releasing process, and during the process, gives no damage to the main supporting material (H). COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically detectable adhesive tape for exchanging a flying roll for a flat web material wrapped around the roll. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape for exchanging a flying roll for a flat web material wrapped around the roll includes: at least one substrate layer; and an adhesive layer. The adhesive tape is such that: at least a part of the substrate layer(s) turning toward the adhesive layer is optically detectable; or, a means enabling optical detection is provided in between the substrate layer(s) and the adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is formed so as to enable the adhesive layer's optical detection to be attained through the adhesive layer. In this adhesive tape, the glossiness at the surface on the outside of the adhesive layer, namely, the quotient of the directive component to scattering reflective component among a light flux incident to the surface is adjusted so as to be reduced at 20% or more, compared with adhesive tapes whose structures are the same as this adhesive tape but are nonadjusted tape.
