摘要： The invention relates to the field of early warning, in particular to a method and a system for early warning the quality and safety of cross-border renewable resources. The method comprises collection of risk information of cross-border renewable resources, which includes basic factors and additional factors; preliminary judgement on the risk grade of the basic factors and additional factors respectively, wherein the risk grade of the basic factors is obtained by adopting the maximum principle and the risk grade of the additional factors is obtained through the membership principle. Specifically, the risk grade contains low grade, medium grade and high grade; if the risk grade is high, quality and safety early warning will be issued for cross border renewable resources. According to the method, the collected risk information is preliminarily evaluated, and the early warning is directly issued for high grade risk. Besides, secondary comprehensive early warning evaluation is carried out for medium and low risk grade which cannot be clearly defined. The multi-stage early warning process can effectively improve the early warning efficiency and facilitate the early warning work.
