摘要： A burner for a flash smelting furnace. The burner has an adjustable nozzle to control the velocity of the combustion gas supply to the reaction shaft. The nozzle is defined by the burner injector and a surrounding structure that extends from the burner wind box through an opening in the burner block that integrates the burner with the furnace. The nozzle is adjusted by control means that is exterior of the wind box.

A switch which supports a first data link layer protocol can support differentiated services for a second data link layer protocol without performing routing in the second data link layer protocol. The differentiated services are provided by mapping a connection of the first data link layer protocol onto one of a plurality of connections of a second data link layer protocol. The mapping of frames is based on the connection carrying the frames of the first data link layer protocol and a type of service associated with the frames. The frames of the first data link layer protocol are forwarded to another switch using one of a plurality of connections based on the mapping.

摘要： The invention relates to an immersion treatment system, particularly an electrophoretic immersion coating system, comprising at least one immersion basin in a known manner that can be filled with a treatment fluid. A transport system guides the objects to be coated to the immersion basin, into the interior of the immersion basin, out of the immersion basin, and away therefrom. It comprises at least one transport car whereon a vertically displaceable carriage is disposed. A component defining a rotary axis is supported on the same, supporting a mounting device for the object to be treated. A motion sequence for the object can be achieved in said manner, comprising a superposition of a horizontal linear motion, a vertical linear motion, and a rotary motion about the rotary axis.
