    • PURPOSE:To provide the adhesive applying device which can continuously apply adhesives on both surfaces without requiring manpower and does not contaminate the surfaces stuck with the adhesives. CONSTITUTION:While 1st and 2nd coating machines 1, 2 for coating on one side are installed to the upstream side and downstream side of 1st to 8th transporting sections 4 to 11, an inverting machine 3 for inverting the surfaces stuck with the adhesives and surfaces not stuck with the adhesives of coating objects A, B is provided between these coating machines 1 and 2 so that the adhesives are continuously applied on both surfaces of the coating objects. The coating objects A, B coated with the adhesives on one side by the 1st coating machine 1 are cooled until the adhesives sticking thereto attains at least a non-tacky adhesive state while the objects move in the 2nd transporting section to the 5th transporting section 8 including the inverting machine 3. The contamination of the surfaces stuck with the adhesives in the treatments after the 2nd coating machine 2 is thereby obviated.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a tube of suitable external diameter automatically and efficiently by a method wherein during continuous molding of a tube the external diameter of the tube is measured and when it reaches the upper limit value the tube is brought into contact with a friction body to make automatic correction. CONSTITUTION:The tube 10 with an iron core 11 is mounted on the rod of an air cylinder 22 and goes on out of contact with a friction body 20 since the support roller 13 equipped on the rod of an air cyinder 22, in a usual state, is at a lifting point. The tube 10 with the iron core 11 passes a braider 15 and when a braid layer 12 begins to be braided the external diameter of the tube 10 is measured by an external diameter measuring device 30 and a measured signal is inputted into a controller 32. When the tube 10 is pulled by the wire 16 through braiding of the braid layer 12 and the external diameter becomes larger than the suitable one, an output signal is sent from the measuring device 30 to the controller 32, the air cylinder 22 operates, the rod 23 shrinks, the support roller 13 falls, the tube 10 touches the friction body 20 and the external diameter of the tube 10 is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a forming device, with which forming work is automated and its productivity and safety are contrived to improve. CONSTITUTION:A pipe A, which is moved in an oven 10 with a pipe conveying mechanism 20, is softened by being heated up to nearly its melting point during the arriving course to a pipe carrying-out port. When a hanger 23 arrives at the pipe carrying-out port 10b, the pipe A on the hanger 23 is transferred to a lower mold 31, which is positioned to the pipe carrying-out port 10b. The lower mold 31., to which the pipe A is transferred, is moved below an upper mold 30 with a lower mold moving mechanism 50 so as to press the pipe A by pushing the upper mold 30 by the lower mold 31 with an upper mold driving mechanism 40. At this time, the pipe A pinched between the upper mold 30 and the lower mold 31 is hardened by being cooled primarily with the cooling means provided in the respective molds down to nearly solidification point, resulting in forming to a predetermined curved shape. The formed pipe A is transferred with a pipe delivery mechanism 80 to a water tank in order to be cooled secondarily down to normal temperature.
