摘要： The present invention provides a macroporous microcarrier specific to hepatocytes using silk fibroin and galactosylated chitosan as main raw material, a preparation method thereof, and application for hepatocyte culture under the culture condition of microgravity rotation. The macroporous microcarrier s a sphere prepared from silk fibroin and galactosylated chitosan under the effect of crosslinker, wherein based on the total weight of the sphere, the content of silk fibroin is 50-80 wt % and the content of galactosylated chitosan is 15-40 wt %. The diameter of the microcarrier is 200-500 μm, and the aperture of the microcarrier is 40-80 μm. Compared with normal solid scaffold material, the microcarrier provided by the present invention has larger surface area/volume ratio and, a sinus gap structure extremely similar with in-vivo liver sinus structure, therefore it is more conducive to adhering of the hepatocytes on the scaffold material, contacting between cells, transporting oxygen and nutrient components and excreting metabolic products.

摘要： A macro eNB (MeNB) triggers a small cell (eLA eNB) to transmit a sequence on a second frequency band using a triggering command that indicates a time to transmit the sequence. On a first frequency band the MeNB triggers at least one user equipment UE to detect the sequence on the second band, and this trigger also has a first indication of when the sequence will be transmitted. From a second indication the MeNB receives on the first band from the at least one UE in response to the triggering of the UE the MeNB can determine whether the UE is located proximate to the small cell. The indication may be as little as a single bit indicating whether the UE detected or not the sequence. The first and second bands may be on first and second component carriers that may not be synchronized to one another, and the aperiodic nature of the triggered sequences and detection reports saves UE power.

摘要： A method of adjusting received speech volume in a handset is disclosed. The method comprises initialize a variable BFI_FACTOR as 1. Using the BFI (bad frame indicator) to determine whether a current received speech frame is erroneous or not. If the current received speech frame is not erroneous, determining if the BFI_FACTOR is less than one and if so incrementing the BFI_FACTOR. If the BFI indicates an erroneous frame, determining if the BFI_FACTOR is above a minimum value and if so decrementing the BFI_FACTOR. Finally, the current speech signal is multiplied by the BFI_FACTOR and played to the user.

摘要： Method of scrambling signals, transmission point device and user equipment using the method are provided. The method is for scrambling signals assigned on predetermined radio resources of at least one layer of resource blocks with the same time and frequency resources, and comprises the steps of: sending an ID table to a user equipment through higher layer signaling, the ID table being a subset of the whole ID space and containing available IDs for the user equipment; notifying the user equipment an ID in the ID table to be used through physical layer signaling or UE specific higher layer signaling; generating a random seed based on the notified ID; initializing a scrambling sequence by the random seed; and scrambling the signals with the initialized scrambling sequence. The method of the disclosure, by combining physical layer signaling and higher layer signaling, may notify the used group ID and the blind detection space to a UE, the blind detection for the UE is enabled and the signaling overhead is reduced.

摘要： Communication systems may benefit from a control channel for contention based transmission and collision avoidance. For example, communication systems of the third generation partnership project (3GPP) long term evolution (LTE) and LTE-Advanced may use such control channels for contention based transmission. In particular, such control channels may be valuable with respect to LTE-based local area network (LTE-LAN). A method, according to certain embodiments, may include preparing control information for a contention based physical uplink shared channel. The method may also include transmitting and/or receiving the control information on a physical uplink control channel and a control only physical uplink shared channel, or only on the control only physical uplink shared channel.
