    • Apparatus that interconnects the twenty-one pieces used to play the ancient backyard target-throwing game “kubb”, pronounced “coob”, into a portable self-contained carrying case that looks like a briefcase. An improvement over transporting kubb in heavy crates, boxes, or bags. To assemble: five throwing dowels fit horizontally through five evenly spaced holes drilled through a large vertically standing block with carved crown top called the “king”. Each exposed dowel-half jetting right and left from each king hole receives a smaller block or “kubb”, each containing a matching drilled hole. Ten kubbs completely cover dowel halves and slide up snug against king. Cord attached to the king and looped at both ends receives a sixth dowel, creating a handle. Four playing-field boundary pegs drop into matching king-top vertical holes. Apparatus constructed from waterproof, virtually indestructible plastic lumber that comes in any color and won't splinter or chip like traditional wood kubb sets.

    • A puzzle game includes a first and a second group of several pieces each. Several assemblies of pieces may be selected of the two groups. Three pieces of the first group are different from each other by the piece shape. Each of the pieces of the second group of pieces are different in shape from each of the pieces of the first group. Each of the assemblies forms an object, which objects are externally the same. Each of the different assemblies includes at least one piece of the first group and at least one piece of the second group. The formed objects are two or three dimensional objects. Preferably, each of the formed objects consists of identical cells. For example, the first and second groups consist of respectively three and six pieces. Each of three assemblies includes one piece and two pieces of the respective first and second groups.

    • The present invention is a 3D word-search puzzle comprising: a three-dimensional object with printed symbols on the surfaces containing a set of phrases. Each phrase on the surface of the puzzle may cross one or more edges within the object's surface. The method of producing the puzzle comprises: mapping the surfaces of a 3D object to one or more 2D surfaces; phrases are laid out on each surface by placing series of symbols across one or more surfaces; and constructing the puzzle by applying the surface layouts directly onto a 3D object by direct printing on the 3D object, or printing onto a 2D layout which is folded and assembled into the 3D shape. The method of playing the word-search puzzle includes: a list of phrases to be found; rules identifying permissible sequences of symbols; and finding the phrases on the three-dimensional object.

Each component has at least one engagement surface with which it engages with one or more other components.
