摘要：本发明公开了一种uPVC门窗的免清角焊接方法，该方法对焊角进行焊接；所述焊角由左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元组装成；所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元相对的组装内侧面为切割面；所述左侧焊接单元和右侧焊接单元在焊接前，采用切割锯将切割面的外轮廓外表面向内铣削掉，宽度1-4mm，深度1.5-3mm，在外轮廓的外表面形成沟槽,使得焊接时切割面焊接熔化的材料不外溢至表面，留在沟槽内，焊接后不需要清角,达到无缝拼接效果，特别是对于表面有天然木纹和有图形的型材的焊接，实现了图案的无缝对接，同时本发明中还公开了上述工艺中用于裁切端面及端面轮廓的双头切割锯。
