    • The cardboard container (100) comprises a base wall (10) and two lateral walls (11, 12) which are in a single body with the base wall (10) at two longitudinal sides thereof and which are foldable with respect to the base wall (10) in such a way as to enable the container (100) to assume a flattened configuration (I) and an opened-out configuration (V). The container further comprises at least a pair of tabs (L1, L2), each table (L1, L2) exhibiting a central portion (30), connected to the base wall (10) in such a way as to be foldable with respect thereto, a first lateral portion (31), in a single body with the central portion (30), which is of such a shape and which is connected to the first lateral wall (11) in such a way as to be foldable both with respect to the central portion (30) and to the first lateral wall (11), and a second lateral portion (3), in a single body with the central portion (30), which has such a shape and which is connected to the second lateral wall (12) in such a way as to be foldable both with respect to the central portion (30) and to the second lateral wall (12). Each tab (L1, L2) is foldable in such a way as to assume a flat configuration and further foldable in such a way that the central portion (30) assumes an angled configuration, and vertical, with respect to the base wall (10). The central portions (30) of the tabs (L1, L2) are connected to the base wall (10) in such a way that once folded by an angle with respect thereto they are distanced from one another by a distance (D) corresponding to the transversal dimensions of a bottle (8) and such as to define there-between a housing (A) for receiving the bottle (8) in a horizontal configuration.

    • A packaging divider 10 is produced from a sheet element 12 with an axis 18 by making spaced slits 20 along the axis 18, folding the sheet 12 to form elongate apexes 28,30 that extend perpendicular to the axis 18 and pass midway through the slits 20, applying adhesive 32 to the facing inside surfaces of each apex 28,30 to attach the facing inside surfaces together, and folding the sheet element 12 along its axis 18 to form a three dimensional package divider 10, with parts of the apexes 28,30 protruding outwardly on both sides of the axis 18 to form protuberances 36. The resilience of at least one side of each protuberance 36 causes it to curve between its apex 28,30 and zones 34 that are generally coplanar with the axis 18 and the curvature of the protuberance 36 provides structural strength.
