摘要：本发明提供发动机的排气回流装置。不使驱动器大型化或高性能化，抑制EGR阀的向汽车搭载的搭载性的恶化、EGR装置的成本增加。EGR装置具有EGR通路（17）和EGR阀（18）。EGR阀包括阀座（32）、阀芯（33）和步进马达（34）。在EGR阀处于阀芯落位于阀座的全闭状态时，利用空气流量计（54）检测阀芯的前侧压力，并利用进气压力传感器（51）检测阀芯的后侧压力。电子控制装置（ECU）（50）求出前侧压力与后侧压力的压力差来作为前后差压，在前后差压小于规定的基准值时，容许EGR阀自全闭状态进行开阀，容许步进马达进行驱动。另外，ECU也能根据向步进马达供给电源的蓄电池（30）的电压校正上述基准值。
