    • PURPOSE:To utilize much amount of heat of low quality level, which is hard to utilize, effectively and save energy by a method wherein the dehydrogenating reaction of organic chemical compound and the separating and hydrogenating reaction of organic unsaturated chemical compound are combined. CONSTITUTION:The heat QL of low quality level, whose temperature is 80 deg.C, is supplied to the dehydrogenating reactor 1 of solid and liquid phase non- uniform series, which is provided with catalyst, to generate gas-phase acetone and hydrogen from liquid phase 2-propanol and the heat QH of hydrogenated acetone, generated in a hydrogenating reactor 2 of solid and gas phase non- uniform series, which is provided with catalyst, and having the temperature of about 200 deg.C, is retrieved. In this case, a separator 3, separating 2-propanol from acetone by cooling about 30 deg.C and condensing it, is necessary inevitably. On the other hand, a fuel cell 4, retrieving free energy accompanied by the hydrogenating reaction of acetone as the electric energy of about 150mV, returns the product of 2-propanol into the separator, regenerates the operating substances of acetone and hydrogen in the dehydrogenating reactor 1 stationarily by the heat energy and circulates it.
