    • The present invention relates to a power distributing unit, and more particularly, to a power distributing unit comprises an insulative member; at least one first terminal disposed in the insulative member in the first direction and comprising a plurality of conductive cores, both ends and a certain region of the conductive core being exposed through openings formed on the insu lative member; at least one second terminal comprising a plurality of conductive cores and disposed in the insulative member in the second direction intersecting the first direction, both end portions of the conductive cores being exposed through openings formed on the insulative member; a plurality of conductive pieces for connecting the conductive cores of the first terminal and the corresponding conductive cores of the second terminal at intersecting areas, respectively; and at least one watt-hour meters mounted on the insulative member, wherein the watt-hour meter is electrically connected to the conductive core of the first terminal and one of the first and second terminals is electrically connected to a main electric power source part. The power distributing unit according to the present invention is advantageous in that the small quantity of distributing wires connected to each watt-hour meter are required so that a fire hazard and a contact failure between the structural elements can be remarkably reduced and a plurality of watt-hour meters can be mounted in a narrow space.
