    • Guiding and rolling device for compensating the loads of sliding doors, the device being comprised of a support for the rolling means embodided as a light casting hollow part (1), incased in a housing (T1) which is open on the lower side (T3) previously machined at the back of a door (T) (one at each end), comprising a vertical slit (11) for engaging a bogie or planar pivot (14), carrying a tandem of wheels (19) each with a rail-cleaner (20) and/or protector for the ball bearings incorporated to the pivot (14) and whose support (1) is internally provided with adjustment means (13a) for the pivot and wheels which are externally regulated, by manipulating a circular nut (13) and complemented with a set of sections integrated by a lower guide (23) with a double set of rails (23') and a third central rail (not sliding) (23'') for the second section (24) covering the rolling area and a special edge-guard section (26). The device applies specially to a set of sliding doors, particularly for built-in wardrobes.

    • A wheel retainer (20) prevents a wheel (22) of a sliding or bypass door from jumping off of the floor track (18) on which the wheel rolls. Means (27) are provided on the lower portion of the retainer (20) for slidably engaging a downwardly facing portion of the track (18) for inhibiting upward movement of the retainer (20) from the track (18). Preferably this is in the form of an L-shaped hook (27) having a base wider than the opening of a dovetail slot (19) in the track (18) and a neck narrower than the opening of the slot. The retainer (20) can then be installed only by pivoting the retainer (20) relative to the track (18) for inserting the hook (27). The retainer (20) also has means (23; 28) for engaging an upper portion of the wheel (22) to prevent it from being lifted from the track (18). The preferred embodiment is a D-shape with an arcuate portion (23) over the top of the wheel and barbs (28) that prevent the retainer (20) from accidentally being dislodged from the wheel (22).

    • A roller assembly comprising: a roller housing comprising first and second side walls and first and second end walls forming an enclosure; a carriage assembly comprising a carriage body and at least two carriage wheels rotatably attached to the carriage body, wherein the carriage assembly is located within the enclosure such that the at least two carriage wheels are arranged to protrude from the bottom of the enclosure during use; wherein the carriage body comprises a support portion and at least two concentric pivot points arranged to locate within slanted passages formed in the first and second side walls to allow the carriage body to rotatably pivot about the pivot points; an intermediate adjusting mechanism slidably engaged with the roller housing and arranged to move lengthwise within the enclosure, the intermediate adjusting mechanism comprising a first engagement surface located on an extending member, wherein the extending member extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the lengthwise movement of the intermediate adjusting mechanism and the first engagement surface is arranged to engage with the support portion; and an adjustment mechanism that passes through an adjustment aperture formed in the first end wall, whereupon movement of the adjustment mechanism the intermediate adjusting mechanism is caused to move lengthwise within the enclosure, wherein the movement of the intermediate adjusting mechanism causes the carriage body to move along the slanted passage.
