摘要：本发明公开了一种带水冷却EGR阀总成，包括阀体和冷却器，阀体的进气口和冷却器的出口连接，在阀体内设有阀口以及沿阀口伸缩的阀杆，在阀杆端部配置有可堵塞阀口的阀片，阀杆上配置有回位弹簧，通过回位弹簧使阀片堵塞住阀口，在阀体内设有电机，该电机通过线路板与汽车控制器ECU连接，电机的转子具有螺纹孔，在螺纹孔中螺接有螺杆，电机的转子旋转带动螺杆伸缩驱动阀杆前移使阀片离开阀口位置，冷却器包括壳体，壳体内插接有通气管，通气管的外壁和壳体的内壁之间形成水冷通道，在壳体上配置有与水冷通道连通的进水管和出水管。这样便实现冷却效果好以及流量控制精准的技术效果。

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a lean operation method to reduce a consumption cost and low NOx operation by a method wherein an amount of exhaust gas re- circulated in a specified operation region in the characteristic field of an internal combustion engine is additionally controlled and a suction air cross section is regulated approximately at a constant value. CONSTITUTION: In the total load region of an internal combustion engine, an internal combustion engine is operated such that a throttle mechanism 10 is completely is released. In this case total load fuel is injected through an injection valve 27 by a control device 23 according to the position of an accelerator pedal 37, and its injection timing,is specified based on the release timing of a control valve 30. Further, in this operation region, an EGR valve 12 is closed. Thereafter, since, at an upper partial load region, an air excessive factor of λ=1 is produced, control to a theometrical air excess factor of λ=1 is executed based on an output from a 02 sensor 39. In an intermediate partial load region, the EGR valve 12 is additionally controlled and an exhaust gas emission amount is decreased through an exhaust gas catalyst 40.

摘要： An apparatus is proposed which serves to control the quantity of exhaust gas recirculated from the exhaust gas system of an internal combustion engine to its intake side. The apparatus includes a pneumatic final control element having a diaphragm defining a work chamber, the diaphragm arranged to actuate a valve closing member of an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve. Via a control pressure line, a flow line leading to the atmosphere and a connecting line leading to the intake tube downstream of a throttle valve are connected to the work chamber. A check valve opening toward the intake tube, a reservoir and a throttle restriction are disposed in the connecting line. A bypass line having a bypass valve bypasses the throttle restriction. Disposed in the flow line is an electrofluid converter of the nozzle/bounce plate type, by means of which, triggered by an electronic control unit in accordance with operating variables of the engine, a predetermined pressure drop between the atmosphere and the pressure in the work chamber can be established.
