    • A dehumidified/humidified air supply apparatus includes two sets of air passages including heating units disposed at an upstream side thereof, a dehumidifying/humidifying unit having two portions disposed at a downstream side thereof and a blower. When dehumidified air is supplied by the dehumidifying/humidifying unit of the first air passage, the dehumidifying/humidifying unit is dehumidified by air which is heated by the heating unit of the second air passage. When humidified air is supplied by the heating unit of the first air passage and the dehumidifying/humidifying unit, the dehumidifying/humidifying unit is humidified by air of the second air passage. The dehumidifying/humidifying unit is moved between the first air passage and the second air passage by a driving unit.

    • A system for providing humidified air includes a tank containing water and one or more heat exchanger tubes mounted in the tank. The system includes a burner assembly positioned to supply heat to the heat exchanger tubes. The system includes an induction fan for inducing combustion gases from the burner assembly through the heat exchanger tubes. Heat from the burner assembly in the heat exchanger tubes generates steam in the tank. The system includes a steam dispersion apparatus connected to the tank for humidifying air with the steam and a means for measuring humidity in a target location. The system also includes a controller for controlling one or both of the fuel supply to the burner assembly or the induction fan in response to the measured humidity in the target location.

    • A fumigation device is provided that is configured to be plugged into an electrical receptacle regardless of its orientation. A housing has an axially extending member with an outer end that is connected to a radially extending member. The radially extending member, in turn, has an outer end defining a delivery port that directs gaseous fumigant away from the wall. A canister is disposed within the housing and defines a cavity having a mouth in communication with the delivery port, the cavity containing a heat-activatable fumigant. A heater supplies heat to the canister when an electrical plug is inserted into the receptacle to activate the active chemical ingredient. A gel trap is disposed downstream of the canister and receives gelled fumigant that might escape from the canister while permitting gaseous fumigant to flow from the canister to the delivery port.

    • A liquid air freshener dispensing device for a duct for dispensing liquid freshener into air being heated and moved by a furnace. The liquid air freshener dispensing device for a duct includes a container having a top wall, a bottom wall and a peripheral wall extending between the top and bottom walls. A fragrant liquid is located in an interior of the container. An intake conduit extends through the top wall and into the interior of the housing such that a first end of the intake conduit is positioned in the housing and a second end of the intake conduit is located outside of the housing. A pump is in fluid communication with the second end of the intake conduit. The pump is operationally coupled to a power supply of a blower member. An exit conduit has a first end in fluid communication with the pump. The exit conduit extends into a duct such that a second end of the exit conduit is located in an interior space of the duct. The blower member blows air over a heating member and into the heating duct. The pump expels the fragrant fluid into the duct when the blower member is powered.

    • A compact fuel fired steam generating type humidifier. The apparatus uses a gaseous fuel as the source of heat to generate steam used to humidify air in heating, ventilation and air conditioning of buildings. The humidifier may be a stand alone unit that disperses the steam into the space, or the steam generated by the apparatus may be dispersed in forced air flow of the building heating system. The steam generating unit includes an insulated casing housing a dry firebox combustion chamber with the boiler immersed in the firebox chamber. The boiler has a high rate internal recirculation of the boiling water and is spaced from the interior walls of the firebox chamber providing an effective passage and contact of the hot combustion products with the vertical heat transfer surfaces of the boiler. The production of the steam from feed water is controlled by a humidistat and is maintained by automatic periodic intake of the feed water. Concentration of total solids in the boiling water is maintained by automatic periodic blowdown of the recirculating boiling water that is cooled by the incoming feed water.
