    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an object is photographed while rotating a point-of-sight on the object in conventional panning, then, a photographing angle for the object is changed during an exposure period and blurring occurs in the case of photographing a rugged object and objects with various distances.
      SOLUTION: The device is provided with a mechanism and a controller of shifting a rotating view point to a moving mirror which circularly moves in accordance with the shift of the object, setting the view point and the position of the moving mirror so as to align with a track for making an optical path distance up to the object constant, rotating and catching the shift.
