    • PURPOSE:To extend and change continuously the measuring range with a small- sized constitution, by constituting a pneumatic servo mechanism and lessening the influence of the friction or the like of an indicating part due to its powerful driving force by force balance and providing a range changing mechanism in the servo mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a differential pressure is applied from a differential pressure detecting part such as an orifice to a high and low pressure leading-in port, a sealed liquid 3a is moved to a right low pressure chamber, and diaphragms 1 and 2 are displaced to the right. This displacement displaces the free end of a force transmitting rod 42 to the left, and a range rod 16 is inclined with a range nut 17 as the fulcrum, and the tip of an operation adjusting screw 5 is separated from a flapper 6. Therefore, the flapper 6 approaches a nozzle 7, and the nozzle back pressure rises. Consequently, the back pressure is applied to a feedback bellows 9 to extend its free end side to the lift, and the free end side of an operating lever 10 pulls a feedback spring 11 to pull back diaphragms 1 and 2 from displacement to the right, and they are balanced. Thus, the measuring range is extended and changed continuously with a small-sized constitution.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the minaturization and high precision for the indicating mechanism with a simple constitution of the power balance type in which the servo system is formed with use of the nozzle, the flapper mechanism and the bellows each. CONSTITUTION:With application of input signal voltage Pin, input bellows 2 has the rotary motion counterclockwise with flexure 24 used as the intermediate vertical axis. Thus the gap is decreased between nozzle 5 and balanced beam 3, and the back pressure of the nozzle increases. Accordingly, the inner pressure increases for displacement output bellows 6 into which the nozzle back pressure is introduced, and bellows 6 has the clockwise rotary motion with flexure 64 used as the intermediate vertical axis. And pointer 8 indicates the pressure of that time. On the other hand, the right end of feedback spring 7 is shifted toward the right by the rotary motion of bellows 6 to apply the feedback force to beam 3. As a result, beam 3 stands still at the position where the balance is secured between the force caused by bellows 2 and the feedback force.
