    • A rectifier and method for forming the rectifier for an internal alternator regulator (IAR) style alternator includes an integrally formed rectifier body having a ground engaging surface that mounts within the alternator and is grounded through an automotive grounding system. A diode receiving cavity is opposite the ground engaging surface A plurality of negative diodes are secured within the diode receiving cavity and grounded thereto. An insulated conductor substrate is positioned in the diode receiving cavity and has a conductive surface that is insulated from the rectifier body and negative diodes. Positive diodes are secured on the insulated conductive substrate. A terminal connector interconnects negative and positive diodes in a preferred bridge rectifier configuration.

    • A small-size motor has a case cover 11 formed with three voids, and electric elements such as chip capacitors are contained in the three voids. A first electric element is mechanically fixed between a pair of brush units in a first void and is electrically connected. The remaining two second and third electric elements are located on both sides of the first electric element and are pressed on a brush base in a motor shaft direction by a body earth terminal 14 in second and third voids, so that the body earth terminal 14 is fixed to the case cover 11 and the two electric elements are mechanically fixed and electrically connected. A sufficient space is secured in the motor case cover made of synthetic resin, so that three electric elements such as chip capacitors can be incorporated together with their wiring and support arrangement.

    • The present invention relates to a cooling fan motor for a condenser having a direct engagement connector. There is provided a cooling fan motor for a condenser having a direct engagement type connector, in which a pair of engaging protrusions each having a plurality of pin engaging holes in an inner side of the same are protruded in one side and the other side of a back surface of the end cover; and a direct engagement type connector is engaged in an engaging protrusion of the end cover, and an engaging terminal is formed in an upper portion of the direct engagement type connector, and a connector leg is integrally formed in a lower portion of the engaging terminal, and a certain through hole is formed in the center portion of the same for thereby receiving a second receiving unit thereinto protruded from a back surface of a motor, and a pair of engaging members corresponding to the engaging protrusion of the end cover are formed in one side surface of the connector leg; and an end portion of each of a plurality of pins is protruded from an inner portion of the engaging terminal of the connector, and the pin is embedded in the connector leg, and the other end of each of the same is outwardly protruded through the engaging member, and when engaging the connector in the end cover, the pin contacts with the brush formed in the inner side of the motor through the engaging hole formed in an inner side of the engaging protrusion.
