    • A display device includes a first substrate on which a semiconductor circuit is formed. A second substrate is disposed over the first substrate to include a first electrode formed on a first surface to perform image displaying, and a second electrode exposed to a second surface and bonded to the first electrode via a contact hole. A third substrate is disposed over the second substrate to include a third electrode formed to perform image displaying in association with the first electrode of the second substrate. An image displaying layer is disposed between the second substrate and the third substrate to perform image displaying. An electrode on a surface of the first substrate on which the semiconductor circuit is formed is electrically connected to the second electrode exposed to the second surface of the second substrate.

    • An object of the present invention is to provide an optical recording medium which exhibits high storage reliability in high-temperature/high-humidity conditions, stable performance at high temperatures, appropriate mechanical properties and high productivity and is capable of reproducing and recording at high speeds. It is an optical recording medium containing a lower protective layer, an optical recording layer, an upper protective layer and an optical reflective layer which contains 98% by weight or more of Ag that are formed on the substrate, the thickness of the optical recording layer is 8nm to 14nm and the thickness of the upper protective layer is 4nm to 24nm, the upper protective layer contains at least one of zinc oxide, indium oxide, tin oxide, niobium oxide, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride and SiOx (1.6 ≤ x ≤ 1.9) and less than 0.1% by weight of at least any one of sulfur and chlorine, and the upper protective layer is amorphous after recording or rewriting.
